You have a 24-hour window from the date of delivery to claim an exchange if:
- The product is damaged or has manufacturing issues.
- The received product does not match the ordered size.
Please note that this policy is applicable only for orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders, kindly contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +92-3294555536 within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.
If you’re facing a size issue with your ordered item, we do offer a size exchange facility. However, the customer must send the article back to us and bear the shipping costs.
How to Apply for an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us via email at contactus@zainbia.com or through WhatsApp at +92-3294555536 , providing the reason for return along with your order details. Kindly note that you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchange Processing Time:
We strive to process all exchanges within 5-10 working days upon receipt of the returned item. During peak periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your exchange to be processed.
Refund Policy:
Regrettably, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. For international customers, we only provide exchanges or voucher/discount codes for future online shopping in case of canceled paid orders.
Delivery Timeframe:
For orders within Pakistan, the standard delivery duration is 5 to 7 working days. For international orders, the estimated delivery duration ranges from 10 to 15 working days, depending on the destination. Please be aware that delivery times may exceed due to high order volume.
